Bel-harran-beli-usur was a high palace official (chamberlain) during the reign of the Assyrian kings Shalmaneser IV (782-773 BC) and Tigleth-Pileser III (744-727 BC). He built a city and a large temple to the west of Nineveh. The stele features Bel-harran-beli-usur prays in front of divine symbols (Gods). Marble, Tel Abda, Mesopotamia, 8th century BC. بلحران بلي اوشر كان المسؤول الاعلى في القصر خلال عهد الملوك الاشوريين شلمنصر الرابع (782-773 قبل الميلاد) تكلاث بلاسر الثالث (744-727 قبل الميلاد). بنى مدينة ومعبد كبير الى الغرب من مدينة نينوى. المسلة تصوره يصلي أمام الرموز الإلهيه (الآلهة). رخام،وجدت في تل عبدة ، بلاد ما بين النهرين، القرن 8 قبل الميلاد. يعرض هذا الألبوم بعض التفاصيل الدقيقة للمسلة. عاشت بلاد ما بين النهرين.
